As a member of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, I am committed to serving seniors by providing the following free consultations upon request:

• I will provide seniors with a free real estate practices consultation which will help you learn about the financial effects on today’s seller. This consultation will help you make decisions about putting your own home on the market.
• I will provide seniors with a free home fix-up consultation. The focus is on preparing your house to sell.
• I will provide seniors with a free downsizing consultation to help you learn methods for downsizing from a larger home to a smaller one.
• I will provide seniors with a free pricing consultation to help you learn about recent sales in your town or area and how to price your home the best way in order to get the most for your property.
• I will provide seniors with a list of other senior service providers who may offer specific services for yard clean-up, carpeting cleaning, house-cleaning, debris removal, termite repair, and other services.
