Preparing your home

When you decide to sell, I will preview your home to help you decide what to do before putting your home on the market to help ensure that buyers will be enthusiastic when viewing your home. I’ll also recommend economical ways to help you get the most out of the sale.

Setting the right price

The most important factor in getting top dollar for your home is pricing it right. Homes that are priced right sell quickly, often for the full asking price.

Preparing for showings

Once your home is listed for sale, I will provide you with information to help encourage buyers to want to make offers on your home.

Negotiating offers

When we find the right buyer, I will do all I can to encourage them to write an offer, presenting all written offers to you for consideration. I will help you consider each offer and counter offer any portions of the offer if necessary.

Processing the sale

I monitor the sale process closely to ensure that all parts of the process go smoothly, including the buyer’s loan, the property inspections, and the title search.

Moving

Once we’re sure everything is on schedule for the sale, I will let you know what day to expect the sale to close so you can prepare to move to your next home. If you need help finding your next home, I’ll be glad to serve as your buyer’s agent as well as your selling agent.
