Buyer services are usually free because the company that has listed the property for sale agrees to compensate me for helping you purchase the property they’ve listed.

After you’ve identified the right home, you will make an offer and handle other details of the transaction, including deciding how much earnest money to offer, determining the best way to finance your home, setting a repair limit, and conducting a home inspection prior to purchase. I’ll assist you in making informed decisions every step of the way.
